    Three zone controler interface
Hello I have a vision pro 8000 thermostat-2 hooked to a three zone controller tied to a 2 stage gas furnace and a 2 stage heat pump. The heat pump works but the gas will not come on unless I change the zone controller from heatpump to conventional. Then the a.c. comes on instead of the heatpump on first and second stage.

Do you know what temp the lockout for the heatpump was set to? And what is the temp outside?

Yes, the temp is set at 45 the temp outside was 40 and the aux wouldn't activate the w1 unless the zone controller is set back to standard on the zone controler

It may be that the temp sencor is not reading the temp to the exat as your thermometer. I have seen sum up to 7 degrees off. Has the weather got colder then 40? Did the system work fine for ac?
