PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE NAME OF THIS MOVIE. Movie was on T.V. NOT IN THEATERS

Family ridding in a car a Father, Mother, 3 young kids. The kids are, one teenage girl, a younger brother and sister. During the ride the older teenage sister falls asleep, the younger siblings play a trick on her by tying both her shoes strings together, and her hands. The father encounter a problem with the car, he stops to check it out, he realizes the engine is about to blow, she tells his family to get out. They all begin running away from the car, when the parents realize the older sister is left in the car. Thy begin to scream, she awakens to the noise only to realize her hands and feet are tied and she is trapped in the car. The father attempts to run back to help, but its too late the car explodes into flames. The girl is killed instantly, she comes back to haunt and kill off her family, because she thinks the planned to kill her or left her to die. I think she eletrocutes the mom in the bath tub. I believe she kills the younger brother by making him up on a ledge on the side of the house to get a ball he was playing catch with, as she swings the window open and makes him fall to his death. Details are sketchy as I was very young.
