    What kind of Deed in the state of California do you use to add your daughter and son-in-law to the deed on your house.

    1. Is there a current mortgage on the home, if so you will need the banks permission to change the deed.

    2. after that it is really what type of deed do you want to use, a quitclaim deed is really all you have to use
