    Can I go to Jail for this?
    If I'm underage and I'm getting charged with drinking and I'm on probation and its my first time will I go to jail?

    A friend of mine got 6 months for underage drinking. You could possibly get that as well. But if the jails are full, probably not.

    OK thanks but another thing I was with my friend we were walking and we ran into her father my friend has a pfa against him so we ran to the police to report him violating his pfa and the officer smelled alcohol on my breathe and now I'm getting charge for it.
