    Signing Parental rights off
My ex husband is throwing a fit because he can't pay support and he wants to sign hisrights off. He never sees my 2 kids and I would prefer he sign his rights off so it does not confuse the kids. They don't even remember who he is. What do we need to do to sign off his parental rights in PA? Please help

You can't, there would not be 1000's of dead beat dads in prison tonight for not paying if it was that easy.

First why is he not seeing his kids, what is his child visitation agreement from the court, if she will not allow the visit, he takes her back to court for contempt.

So he is not seeing his kids because he did or does not properly fight to see them.

He can not give up his rights and for sure not to get out of paying support,
Even if the courts would let him give up his rights, ( and they wont') he would still have to pay child support.

His only way out, is if the mother is remarried and the new husand wants to adopt
