    Am I liable for this lease?
    I signed a lease that REQUIRES a guarantor. The guarantor has NOT signed the lease and I have decided that I do not want the lease anymore. I have not paid the application fee yet. Am I going to be liable for this lease?

    Until the lease is completely signed it hasn't been legally executed.
