I am inquiring about the existence of an arrest warrant for Robert Reed Myers in Madison County Indiana

Robert Reed Meyers has to go to a Police Station and ask if there is a pending warrant.

He can try some of the pay online services, but they are not 100 percent. He really needs to have the lcoal police run a check

But if this Robert Reed Myers in Madison County Indiana does go into the police station to inquire about any warrants for his arrest, guess what? He won't be leaving the police station in a big hurry if there is.

This is a very good catch - I didn't find it!

I don't know how accurate it is but it's a starting place.

Once again I have some concerns about these on-line sites, even those sponsored by the various Court systems, because I find a lot of errors when I use them to verify info which I already have.

At any rate - good catch, helpful info!

Not that it matters but the section on which the warrant is based appears to be a misuse of another person's funds.

Let me ask you this.. If you were running a police force, and there was this really bad guy you've been investigating, and NOW it's time to arrest him...

Are you going to publish his name on a list of wanted people on the internet, and HOPE he turns himself in, or are you going to go out and arrest him?

IF you'd just put his name on a website, thereby giving him a heads up that he'd better get his wanted a$$ out of here, you wouldn't have your job for long.

Now, maybe the courts put traffic warrants on the web, but they ain't going to give a bad guy a chance to split.

I don't like to think that this kind of information is readily available online, but it is in many places.

I don't recall seeing it so blantantly displayed like the one in the link that I provided though. I did update the link, because the information on that site had been updated.

There are sites that will list the "Ten Most Wanted" within a jurisdiction area also.

Again, the accuracy of anything online should be questioned. To be really sure of the accuracy of information, it's best to be contacting the source providing that information personally.
