    Appropriate renumeration
    If an employee makes a recommendation that is implemented after the employee leaves the company, and the recommendation adds multiple $millions to the companies bottom line, is that former employee entitled to any compensation?

    Nope. He wouldn't be entitled to any extra compensation even if he didn't leave the company.
