How do I install a Harbor Breeze wall switch
    Hello,

I am having trouble installing a Harbor Breeze wall switch which will control both the fan speed and the light. The wall switch has two black wires and a green. The wiring in the wall is red, black, and bare.

There is a transmitter that needs to be installed in the canopy of the fan. The wiring on the transmitter is black, white, and blue on one side which I assume would go to the black, white, and blue coming from the fan. The wiring on the other side of the transmitter is black and white. Coming from the ceiling I have red, black, white, and bare. How should all of this be wired.

Thanks again for any assistance that I receive on this. It's such a simple question yet I can't find this exact scenario anywhere on the web.

The two black wires from the wall switch connect to red and black, green to ground.

    Blue/white/black is correct.

The white on the other side, to ceiling white. The black to ceiling black OR red, try both, my guess will be red.
