    Periods with 1 week delay when I'm expecting pregnancy
    Hi,I'm married.I didn't get my period at my regular date. I was expecting pregnancy but I got my periods after a week. Is that mean to abortion? Will be there any problem in future? I'm confused. Please, make me clear about it.:(

    Your period was one week late, am I correct?

    That could be caused by any number of reasons.

    If you are concerned you should see your physician.

    Judy is correct

    If it was a miscarriage, there is no way to know. In the future, if you're more than 2-3 days late for your period, take a home pregnancy test to be sure.

    Otherwise, you're safe to assume your period was late for reasons other than pregnancy.
