    Violating ARD Probation
    About a 1 1/2 years ago I received a DUI. I was accepted into the ARD probation program. Sadly, I did not complete the program (like an idiot) and have to go back to court for violation of the ARD probation. What will my punishment be? Will I have to serve any jail time? Or will I have to go on supervised probation? Also, how long will I lose my license for?

    You could receive jail time or you could be referred back to probation to complete the program. All up to the judge. Normally the Dept of motor vehicles (or similar in your state) determines the length of your licence suspension. Might contact a lawyer to see what can be done.
