What do your court orders say because Indiana has bounced around over the years between 18 and 21. You need to check your court orders. If your paying through the child support agency then let them know once you find out and they can get the process started.

Okay first, you won't stop paying before he graduates high school so forget that idea. Second, if he is going to school you will have to look at your support papers because in Indiana support continues until age 21 if the child is a full time college student that hasn't completely separated him/herself from parents (getting their own apartment, being self supporting). As for how much of his college you pay again look at your order frankly, I think it's stupid that kids of a divorced couple get any money paid toward their tuition from either parent just because they are divorced when people like me and my brothers whose parents are still married have to pay for it completely on our own. So, your order may or may not include any college costs but support would continue.
