About four years ago my grandma married a man named charlie. Two years later she died.. Her will says if she and him pass away at the same time, a list of people (some of her relatives and his and myself included) will receive the money from her estate. Just a few weeks ago, he died . He left no other will.

Do the people on her will receive the money from her estate, or his closest relative?

I haven't received any forms, as it is too soon, but could someone tell me what makes sense?

Do you have a copy of the will ? What exactly does it say ?

The reason being it doesn't sound complete. It sounds like it was maybe meant to cover for accidents and both passing at the same time. Depending on how things were written before she passed then it may all be his and from there it goes to his relatives.
