Google Adsense
Hi there,
I've been hearing about Google Adsense and how you can make money from it. I want to know if this is true, and if so how can I go about doing this?

I don't want to advertise, I was asking how people make money from this. There are tons of programs that people sell saying that you can make money from Google.

ChihuahuaMomma, you asked about Google AdSense. That is what is on the link I gave. (the right side)
Here's a different link: https://www.google.com/adsense/login...inAhy2w_KhBu8g
If that's not what you were talking about, could you please elaborate? Because that IS what Google AdSense is.
Just so you know, most of these things that say "make money on google" are scams. A little friendly warning.

There are programs that claim to help you make money via Google. I thought it was called adsense, perhaps I was wrong.

Adsense is a program where you allow goggle to place ads on your web site, as people go there and get traffic, they click on those ads and you make money. Note the goggle ads on this page for example

Ok, Thank you. Now I know what Adsense is. Now, can someone help me find the program that I am referring to? I don't know what it's called, but it promotes that you can make money via Google.

Adsense is how you make money on Google. Well it is if you get enough traffic to your site and enough people click on the ads.
Believe me if there was a way to make a lot of money from Google I would have found it by now

I tried to sign up for it and it said "An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as your application is currently in review. Within a week of your application date, we'll review your application and follow-up with you via email. Once you are approved to join AdSense, you'll be able to log in to your account and get started."
What does this mean?

AdSense ads are contextual ads that you can set up to pop up in line with a topic, such as dental and toothpaste and mouthwash ads when Flossie posts. If I am in a thread about someone's cat and if I had set up AMHD contextual ads with AdSense, ad links about cat care would pop up on my posts.
Shreve Stockton had a blog and now has an official web site about how she rescued and raised a coyote pup in Wyoming. She claims the AdSense ads at least keep her in dog and cat food for Charlie the Coyote and Eli the Cat.
You might want to post a question about this to other experts who registered to have AdSense ads show up on their posts. Do they get money? A lot of money?
For help with this, on this site, go to Forum Community -> Experts and look at the very first post by admin.

Did you try to sign up once through being an expert at this site? You might already be a member and have forgotten about it. (Though I'm not sure why that would make you membership "in review.") Although it's not worth a lot. I had an "active" membership there for maybe 4 months and my account has all of $10 in it.

This looks pretty self explanatory to me. You tried to sign up but there is a review process. They don't let just anyone participate. You have to show enough traffic on your site.

It means just what it says. You signed up for it, now your membership is pending review. Once accepted you will get an email telling you about your acceptance.

If you want to make money off Google (indirectly) I recommend Swagbucks. It won't make you rich, but it will earn you from $5 to $25 a month without any participation other than using their toolbar for your searches.
I've used it for 6 months now and found it pretty good--not the scam flavor that most of these earn-3K-a-month programs have.

Adsense is a nice program however you need to have a site with a lot of traffic to realize any real income. Google places ads on your site and you are paid for clicks made on the ads placed
