    OK how do I know if I have anger issues?
    Honestly I keep 90% of my emotions hidden. But I always have serious thoughts of destruction and pain and hurting people and things of that sort but the thing is these thoughts aren't like "wouldnt it be cool to blow so-and-so up?..haha" no its more like "if i have to deal with them again i might stab them" and I feel like I mean it? Do I need help?

    I would consider seeing a councillor.

    In your other thread you say you feel like the nice guy all the time, if you keep your posts in the one thread other poster will be able to respond accordling.

    If these feeling are occupying your thoughts on a daily basics,I would seek help.

    Your first port of call would be your doctor,he/she will be able to put you in contact with the right people.
