File A Motion Page set up
When Filing a Notice of Motion and Motion for Order Setting Aside Default Judgment, 1. Do I have to put 2 place holes in the papers, which papers.
    2. On the evidence I used exhibits do I need pages with alphabetical tabs that stick out for Exhibit "A" , Exhibit "B",
I have cover sheets that say Exhibit "A" , Exhibit "B", but I think there's suppose to be a tab on the page that sticks out??
If the Motion is not properly set up for the Court Clerk it can be rejected. Help!

It depends on which Court and which State - some States will not accept "stick out" tabs because of the difficulty in placing the papers in a file jacket.

    Hello c:

Go to your local college book store. Buy a copy of the "Rules of Criminal/Civil Procedure" for the particular court you're talking about... This rule book, will tell you exactly what you want to know.
