    How can I go and get my stepfather 2 adopt me my real father never been around I want my stepfather to be my dad I want his last name

    You tell him that you would want him to adopt you. Step parent adoption is a fairly easy process particularly in cases where one biological parent does not have a relationship.

    Have you spoken to your parents about it?

    You don't/can't do anything. If your stepfather wants to adopt you he must file the appropriate legal papers. How old are you?
