    Married n Canada
    My wife and I are U.S. citizens, but were married in Canada. How do I go about filing for divorce?

    The same way you would normally file for divorce. You can get married literally anywhere. You get divorced in the town/city/county that has jurisdiction over you. In the case of divorce, it's the legal residence of the person filing.

    As to how you go about it... you hire a lawyer and do whatever he tells you to do.
