    Relocation to another Apartment room!
I live at an off campus apartment/dorm area which is runned in part by a university and I'm afraid that they are going to move me to another room due to operating efficiency. Is there anyway possible to stay in my room without them relocating me? I have been living here for more than 2 years and never has this happened till now. I was looking at my lease and they have an area that says under:

    Relocation
For purposes of operating efficiency, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, upon five (5) days advance written notice to relocate you to another apartment unit in the community. In the event of an emergency, as determined by us, we may relocate you upon less than five (5) days notice. The fact that you and the other residents of the apartment may be in conflict with each other will not be grounds to terminate lease. We are not liable if another resident in the Apartment was untruthful on any written documentation.

Is there anything I can do to get out of moving my stuff to another apartment? I wouldn't mind another roommate but not me being evicted to live in another apartment.

    Hello J:

It looks like they have the right to do what they're proposing to do.
