    Federal probation
    I am currently of federal probation for possesssion of firearm being convicted felon I caught another possession of firearm after being a convicted felon because my brother had his belongings at my house and they found his legeal registered shotgun in 3 pieces in his bags not put together or any ammo and with me being a felon charged me for being around it I have 3 years federal probation and haven't been in any trouble in 8 months will they give me the whole 3 years or just some of it

    Hello william:

    You can apply for early release, but I wouldn't do it until you are at least half way through..

    Seeing as this is the second time you did this the Feds just might decide to give you some time in jail for the second offence and probation on top of that.
