Is it possible, even in the slightest?
To regain trust in a marriage once it has been broken? I am battling myself with trust issues I have with my husband. Thing is, he has changed COMPLETELY from who he was before - he really gives me NO reason to believe is he cheating again, we communicate as much as possible, we laugh, joke and fool around, truth is we get along great, really - we always have. I am fine when he's around, and I talk to him daily but when he is gone ( He's military ) my mind starts wandering and I start feeling hopeless about it. Please Help! I've tried talking to counselors, maybe I should go back - But what can I do about it now?

    Thank you in advance!

You have two choices - believe him or don't believe him. I understand how difficult it is when you are apart and there have been problems in the past. Yes, I would go back into counselling if it helped or if you need to talk to someone.

I also believe in intuition - what does your "gut" tell you?

My gut is telling me he isn't cheating... Its hard to explain what I am asking, it really doesn't have anything to do with him, more so - How do I get the thoughts of it out of my head?

That I can't answer - that's why you need to talk to someone.

I honestly don't know what I would do if I found out that my husband was cheating or cheated. I don't know that I could forgive and forget. I honestly don't.

I think that type of betrayal erodes self esteem and maybe that's something a person can't get over.

You need to talk to someone.

Get up, and find something to do with your time. Plan your free time so you will have something to look forward to. Gradually you change the way you think, by having something better to think about, and focus on.
