Are there any regulations or standard on rent increases to know how much corresponds to pay for an extended in my Lease Contract for one year more?

What does it say in your lease you presently have regarding extensions on your lease? If nothing is in your present lease, you will have to negotiate an entirely new lease at lease renewal time unless otherwise specified. And the increases could be any amount the landlord wishes to charge. There is no set "rule" about that either.
