    Travel to US with Criminal Record
    42 yr old has minor criminal record from age 18 - wishes to travel to USA on pleasure. Previously need an I94. What is now required after this period and cost to obtain same and where do we get it; how long does it take to obtain.

    You still need the same form. Filling Out Arrival-Departure Record, CBP Form I-94, for Nonimmigrant Visitors with a Visa for the U.S. - CBP.gov
