    Richmond hotwater heater
    I have a Richmond powervent gas hot waterheater and I can't find my owners manual I can't get it to heat it was working fine its only 1 year old could someone tell me if there is a reset button on it or what the problem could be its got power going to it and full of water but that's the extent of that

    Where did you buy it, it has at least a 3 or 5 year warranty. Is there a pilot light or an ignitor?
