Gary Cooper 30s movie set in England
I'm almost sure this is a 30s movie. Black and white, pre WWII. Gary Cooper is a yank who is without funds and two men bet that if they give him a million pound note, everyone will think he's rich and he won't have to spend a dime. Everyone will treat him. The writer of Trading Places may have watched this one. I just need the name of the movie. I have looked at his filmography and can't find it. It isn't If I Had A Million - another good movie, but not the one I'm looking for.
    Any help greatly appreciated.:)

Thank you so much. No wonder I couldn't find it - I had the wrong actor.

I have a single 20 amp basement outlet with a 20 amp breaker and #12 wire with ground. Can I tap into that outlet as a source of power for 8 recessed lights in that room? Can I use #14 wire to the lights from the outlet? Should I power to the light switch first from the outlet? Thanks in...
