    International marriage divorce
My story is that I got pregnant when I was 18 so with the father we thought that the right thing to do was to get married. So we got married. I had a beautiful baby girl and once she was born he never helped me with anything and wasn´t a very good husband. I had the opertunity to move to Colombia with my daughter and he agreed with me moving to Colombia and that he would move in a couple of years once he received his permanent green card. So now I am living in Colombia and I would like to get divorced because he doesn´t help with financially, he is now with another person, and well love is gone. My question is how do I go about getting a divorce in the United State but living in Colombia?

If he agrees to the divorce then you might need to file in the U.S. or have him file and send you the paperwork for it.. so long as its uncontested.
