    DVD CD Rw
Ok I feel really dumb asking this question but here goes? I just got over the fried computer thing and asked my goo-roo to make a gaming system for my home because my other computer was basically fried. Now the question? Can you save pictures to a cd with a dvd-rw drive as you would before with a cd-rw writer?
Also this new monster has a dul core processor and a place for two video card and man, I feel dumb but I can't figure out where to hook up the speckers! Reason for the dumb thingy is because I work with Corel draw and computers every day! Artwork thing but I can't figure out where to plug this or that in! LOL

Yes. Most DVD burners are combo drives e.g.. DVD+RAM/CDRW. What is the make and model of your DVD drive.

The sound chipset is either onboard or on an add-on card. Look for a mini-plug with green plastic around it.
