    Fans for Track Lights?
    I know! I know! Crazy question. We love our track lighting in the kitchen. However, I was wondering if we could add a small fan on our track fixture? Do they make such a thing?

    That would be downright scary. It would take some real engineering and extra mounting to make it safe. That would negate the advantages of track mounting.

    They used to make such a thing, but they are not made any more. They pop up on eBay from time to time. They are only a 9" fan, and then you can't use the track lights with a dimmer.

    Is there any room to install a ceiling fan separately, we could wire it to the track lighting if need be.
