Scotts LT1742 Lawn Tractor Brakes not working
I am having trouble with my brakes, they only work a little. The clutch is fine. Is there a way to adjust the brakes. I have looked but obviously the brakes are not like a car. Can someone point me in the right direction, I don't want to pay the 120.oo diag fee if it something I maybe able to do myself.

    Thanks

    Hi,
There is a nut on the right side on most models that is 1/2" and can be turned inward to adjust brakes.
    Peace,
