My question is do I really have to keep paying after 18th birthday if the child has gone off to school and does the fact that I have two other children come into play, because I doubt very highly that she is sending that money to her son in school, I could use that money back in the house at this point

What does your court orders say about support ? If it ends at 18 and graduated High School. Then you need to let the state agency know this if that's who you are paying through. If not you may have to go back to court to end it and it should be a simple matter. The bottom line is it ends when the court has ruled it ends. Check your paperwork.
