Car crashed no coverage can voluntary repo hurt
My car was involved in an accident and my ins. Company not covering it due to policy changes that I wasn't fully aware of! If I ask the finance company to pick it up from where it is being garaged can they garnish my wages for payment? Even after I told them what I can pay to alleviate the problem!

They would have to obtain a Judgement to garnish your wages. Call them and see if they will work out a payment plan.
