I get heartburn and feel queasy more often than not ,when I eat. Any one got any good home remedies? I sleep elevated, eat smaller meals(about every 2-3 hours)sleep on my left side etc. I've been to doctors and taken prilosec, prevacid and a slew of other meds. which always give me diarrhea, so I'm looking for natural remedies. I'm soooo... tired of feeling queasy.

I have the same problems you have and have as well been to the doctors. I was put on prevacid for awhile and quit it after 2 months because if you stop taking them for 2 days it was ten times worse before you started the pills so I eased myself off it. I have it about every night. There was a month period when I didn't have it though. I didn't eat at least 2 hours before bed, I stopped eating spicy foods and I stopped drinking pop and only drank water. I mostly ate salads and I didn't have a problem with it until I came off that diet. So, keep doing what you are doing and at least try not eating before bed and don't eat spicy foods. I have to sleep elevated or on my left side every night as well.
