    An Outstanding Debt
    Me and my partner is in court next week for an outsatnding debt of £15,000. I have never been to court befire and very scared, what will happen?

    The plaintiff will present their case showing that you borrowed x amount of money and never repaid it. They will show how the balance reached 15K. If they can prove their case, then you will lose and a judgment handed down against you. They can then use this judgment to attach assets.

    If they can't prove their case, the judge will decide in your favor.
