    Salary raise
I've got my review 5 months ago(in may). I did not had my raise at that time because management explained to me that economy it wasn't good enough. Now 5 month later I got my raise, but they did not paid raise for the last 5 month, they start to count from this month(Oct.) This is legal? Do I have any right to request what they own me?
    Thanks

    Hello K:

Unless you have an employment contract that call for the raises you are talking about, they don't OWE it to you. They have the right to give raises, to take raises away, or to fire you tomorrow for absolutely no reason at all.

Those are the legal employment terms in states that are "at will".

Can I raise my tub? [ 1 Answers ]

I am replacing my basement shower with a tub. I have no idea though if I could just use the same drain and not raise the tub or not. So just in case, can I raise my tub, or would I have to put a 14" x 14" dap-thingy in for different drain piping? Appreciate any response, Paul
