    2009 Jeep Liberty Capabilities
I've read all I can find about towing capacity, load carrying capacity, etc. Depending on where I look I get different answers, and some don't make any sense at all. The Liberty has the tow package (says towing is 5000#). Also says GCWR (total towing & carrying) is 6135#s. The door sticker says loading is 950#. Vehicle wt (curb wt) is 3985. GCWR is supposed to be veh. wt. + towing wt. + people, etc. So, 3985+5000+950=9935, not 6135?? I have the 3.7 v6, axle ratio 3.71 and want to tow ~3200#, and carry some "stuff" in the vehicle ---can I do this?
