    Tier 1 Visa - Dependent
    Hi,

    My husband is having visa in UK under the schema Tier 1 (PSW) and I am as his dependent. Now his visa is getting expired and he refuse to give me visa again to stay in UK.

    What can I do as I am having a small child as well. He is having an affair with another woman. What action can I take and can I apply for visa seperatly?

    Can he refuse giving me visa without any law acts?

    My husband and me applied for psw and he was main applicant and I am dependent now he got the visa but they sent me my documents back as invlalid because my photos were not recent now they asked me to return my application back with all documents and appropriate fee. When I sent it with main applicant my fee was £50 my question is that how much now I have to send for this return application will they consider my application as fresh application and shall I send them £465 for that or will they consider is as old application?
