    How can I loose my belly fat so I don't look pregnant?
    I weight 120 pounds and I'am 24 years old. Eversince I could remember I had a big belly.
    I honeslty look 3 months pregnant. How do I get rid of it? Just my belly cause Im pretty fit everwhere else..

    Hi ,

    My Advice is that Avoid oily Foods , Go for GYM . If you are Redy to sacrifice Donot have meals instead of that u can have 2 to 3 chapathies . Avoid Non-veg .Atlast I want to say that Do not have the food Properly .

    Swop white carbs for green veg. Cut way back on anything with sugar or white flour (box cereals, bread, pasta, cake, cookies etc) or anything with transfats (baked goods, deep fried food), and eat least five portions a day of green veg. Fruit goes on top of that, not instead off.

    Get enough protein and fats but get them from fresh food. Oily fish is brilliant, but red meat is good too for quality protein and keeping your iron levels high. Eggs are cheap, easy and good for you. Avoid deli meat and fast food.

    Jann, what are 2 to 3 chapathies? It sounds like you're advising not to eat when you say do not have meals? Is that really what you meant or am I misinterpreting it? And what does "do not have the food properly? Mean?
