    Washing Machine backup
    It started with when I used my washing machine the water backed up into my bathtub. Now when I shower or wash dishes and still when I use the washing machine it backs up into my bath tub. I used drano and it helps a little bit but it is still backing up. Can you help?

    Hi Terry,
    You have a blockage downstream from your bathroom. The solution is to snake the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough cable to reach the base and about 20 feet more. Then flush the line with hot water. Good luck, Tom
