    Surfing Ban Site Etc!
    Is their any possibility that Surfing Can Bo Offence at any stage?
    Or
    When Surfing Can be offence? I.e. Surfing Ban Sites when person who is Surfing does not know about it?

    Please clarify: Exactly what are you asking?

    What do you mean by offense? And can you give us an example of a "banned" site?

    A site operator can ban someone from logging into the site. The owner of a site has full discretion over who can or can't log in.

    Not sure if that helps since your question makes little sense.
