    Foreclosure options
    I just recently filed bankruptcy to save my house from the auction block will I have a mortgage threw a private lender .well I would like to know if I can file a lawsuit saying I signed the contract under duress and that I was incapable of understanding what I was signing .I don't have much time to do this if I am going to do it at all

    What proof do you have that you signed under duress or were incapable of understanding what you signed?

    No, you can't file a lawsuit at all. You were if you did not take the time and read what you were signing, that is no one else's fault but your own, sorry to be blunt.

    And how was bankruptcy saving your house ?
