    Seizure of checking account because of auth. Signature
    If a business checking account adds an authorized signature for check writing, and that authorized signature person has a judgement against them, may the business checking account be seized/frozen even though it is not that persons personal account, it is a corporate account. The person only has check writing authority.

    No, the person would have to have partial ownership of the account.
