    Hello I left the states in 2006 I have a green card I may have a dui case can I return how can I get bacck

    You have left US too long... your green card must have been revoked unless you filed re-entry permit before you left. In order to return to US, you would have to start the process from the beginning..

    What happened with your DUI case? If it's felony charge, you would need an experienced attorney too.
