Dear Sir,
I recently started a company to start a supplies business targeting government institutions, Corporate companies, NGO's & Local Authorities in Kenya.
My objective is to supply all kinds of uniform wear (high quality & at competitive price - from head gear to footwear), and I target particular clients known to me.

My question is, how do I write a high impact letter introducing my company to these prospective clients; I need to mail them this in the next two days.
