    Car Insurance
    My car has no MOT and no car insurance but is road taxed.
    Can I legally keep the car on the road?

    It will depend on your "state" if you live in the US, laws, and also your city code.

    I know in the city I live at, if there is no insurance or tag, they can not be parked on the street. In fact they can not even be in your front yard
