I have an estimate to purchase a new Goodman furnace.
I have an estimate to replace my existing furnace which is over 20 years old. The contractor installs Goodman furnaces that I have an estimate from. Have you any information on reliability of the Goodman brand?

See consumer report Nov 2008 or 2007 I forget the latest review on furnaces.

Get three bids most brands have a 10 year pert warranty, now hire a company that has a history and will still be in business in 10 years .

A company that trains their employees and has real overhead.

Now I guess you are planning to be there in 10years.

It is no longer a case of the lowest bid!

I do not sell Goodman but I do repair them and I find that there is not any unsual problems with them any more than with other brands.

Most problems and either freon related or some wiring problem not necessaraly a problem with the brand.
