    Filing abandonment on the father that's in prison
    Can I file abandonment on my 15 month old babies father that has been in prison since he was 3 weeks and didn't do anything with him when he was here I took care of him while he went out selling drugs and doing them

    No. He did not legally abandon the child. There are hundreds of threads on this subject - use the AMHD search feature.
