    Eviction of girlfriend
    Hi, new user here. I sold my property in Washington 10 months ago and bbought a house in Oregon. My girlfriend has been asked to move and has been draging her feet. I have talked to a lawyer and took his advise by changing the locks. She through a chair through the window and came in. I called the police and they said they couldn't do anything. What can be done?

    Your lawyer told you to change the locks? Fire him. Your lawyer told you to do something illegal.

    Give her a 30 day written notice to move. If she has not, go to court and file for eviction.
