What should the father of my child pay?
    Hello all,

My partner and I broke up just before our baby was born 8 months ago.I now live with my parents and baby and he rents a house on his own. He agreed to pay 100 euro maintanence to me for our daughter every week and still does.

But now he wants to reduce the maintanence to 70 euro a week.

He gets a wage of 600 euro a week after tax.

He takes our daughter one a week overnight and all day the following day.

    What ye think?

    Should I go to court?

In most states, basic child support is 15-18% of pre-tax income.
