    Overnight guests
    In the state of KY is it against the law for the non-custodial parent to have overnight guests while the child is in the home?

    Unless they are knowingly having overnight guests who are registered sex offenders and are not allowed in the presence of children, the parent with the kids can have whomever they want stay.
