    Anal fissure
    Hi,

I had frequent anal fissure for more than a year. In the past 10 months it did heal (by avoiding constipation conditions through driking more water, fiber food, creams,. ). In the past 2 weeks it is bleeding again after I had constipation for 2 days. Does this require surgery or can I wait while carefully taking care of food and drinks?

    Kind regards,

Surgery would depend on how severe the laceration is. I'm sure you know by now that you need to avoid constipation at all costs.
